- Customers interested in a specific puppy are encouraged to visit our website (www.tinycutiepuppies.com) to learn about all our current available puppies and their pictures, videos, information and price.

Make sure you contact directly to Tiny Cuties NYC and Facetime us and see the puppies, be aware of other scam-likely accounts.
- When contacting, please specify the breed and name of the puppy you wish to see, acknowledging that you have been fully informed of the puppy’s price and information. If you have discovered our puppies through third-party platforms such as Lancaster Puppies, Pet Classifieds or Google search, it is important to inform us of the specific source.

Schedule for Puppy Viewing

- Text or call (917-774-5122) or email (tinycutiepuppies@gmail.com) to schedule an appointment. Appointment type include Facetime / In-person viewing.
3. Place a Deposit
- After viewing, you need to confirm your interest to the puppy and will then be instructed to proceed with the deposit payment.
A
non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total purchase price is required to secure the reservation.
- Once the deposit is received, Tiny Cuties will update the puppy’s status to “Reserved.”
We will then make an appointment for a final vet check and provide the
vet report to you.
This report will include an assessment of the puppy’s overall health, covering aspects such as eyes, ears, cardiovascular system, etc. Should any concerns arise, customers are encouraged to promptly notify us to address any potential issues.
- The deposit is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of deposit, allowing the customer to switch to other dogs and use the deposit for the purchase of a new one from our available options.
- We will also provide a comprehensive
Puppy Care Guide, detailing essential care instructions and product links you need to prepare for your puppy coming.
4.
Final Payment and Pick-up
- After you reviewed and signed the vet report, you can come complete the purchase and pickup your puppy.
Customers are required to pick up their puppy within this 7-day period. Failure to do so may result in additional boarding fees of $50 per day.
- On the scheduled pickup day, Tiny Cuties and the customer will cosign the invoice upon full payment. The invoice will include the customer’s information and all relevant terms and conditions. It is crucial that customers thoroughly review these terms before signing. If the customer opts to conduct a separate veterinary check, a health report waiver will be provided.
- The remaining balance must be completed no later than One (1) day before the pickup day if the pet is scheduled deliver by a pet nanny. If the new owner picks up the pet on-site, the remaining balance must be cleared before the pet leaves our premises.
- Failure to complete the remaining balance on the agreed pickup date of the pet will result in losing the deposit.
- Upon completion of the purchase, Tiny Cuties will present the customer with a puppy package containing the vet report, health certificate, vaccination history, a hard carrier, a bag of kibble, and some complimentary toys.
